FOODS THAT WILL IMPROVE YOUR HEALTH.

Foods have been discovered to contain curative properties. People who eat right will buil up healthy and strong bodies.


PAWPAW- high in digestive properties, with tonic effect on the stomach.


ONION- a good bloodmedicine, lowers blood cholesterol,retards clothing in the heart, regulates blood sugar and relieves bronchial congestion.


MELON-lowers the rate of lung cancer, an effective blood thinner.


LEMON/LIME-helps lower blood cholesterol


LETTUCE- promotesgood gigestive effects in the intestinal tracts.


CUCUMBER-cooling effect on the body, purifying effect on the bowels, used as a digestive aid.


CORN-rich in vitermins


CABBAGE- rich in vitamines, lowers the risk of cancer, helps to boost homones that fights anti-bodies, and prevents alcer.


CARROTS- cuts down the chances of contacting cancer of the pancreas, good for the eye and hair. Prevents constipation and lowers blood cholesterol.

FOOD COMBINATIONS THAT AFFECTS OUR HEALTH.

Wrong food combinations often result in indigestion or poor
digestion! Here is the food combinetion you should aviod.
Do not eat acidic fruits(e.g. Orange, pinapple) with carbohidrate. It prevents proper digestion. Rather,take such acidic fruits 15 minutes before the meal.
Do not eat two sources of concentrated proteins at the same meail, to prvent high CHOLESTEROL LEVEL. (e.g. egg and milk, meat and cheese)
Do not eat water melons or musk melon with other foods. They should be taken alone because they digests rapindly.
Take milk alone. For adults,yoghurt is easier to digest than milk. Choose low or non-faty varieties of daily prducts.
Do not eat fats with protiens; eat white meat instead of red meat.
TRY TO AVOID
Eating snacks between meals
Drinking caffeinateted products.
Eating fried foods
Eating junk foods such as candy, cookies meat pie etc.
Eating too much meet.
Eating salad with excessive salad dressing like cream.
Eating vegetable drenched with butter or sour cream.
Taking dessert( cake, custerd) at every meal.
