FOOD COMBINATIONS THAT AFFECTS OUR HEALTH.

Wrong food combinations often result in indigestion or poor
digestion! Here is the food combinetion you should aviod.
Do not eat acidic fruits(e.g. Orange, pinapple) with carbohidrate. It prevents proper digestion. Rather,take such acidic fruits 15 minutes before the meal.
Do not eat two sources of concentrated proteins at the same meail, to prvent high CHOLESTEROL LEVEL. (e.g. egg and milk, meat and cheese)
Do not eat water melons or musk melon with other foods. They should be taken alone because they digests rapindly.
Take milk alone. For adults,yoghurt is easier to digest than milk. Choose low or non-faty varieties of daily prducts.
Do not eat fats with protiens; eat white meat instead of red meat.
TRY TO AVOID
Eating snacks between meals
Drinking caffeinateted products.
Eating fried foods
Eating junk foods such as candy, cookies meat pie etc.
Eating too much meet.
Eating salad with excessive salad dressing like cream.
Eating vegetable drenched with butter or sour cream.
Taking dessert( cake, custerd) at every meal.
Remember, IF YOU DON'T TAKE CARE OF YOUR HEALTH, WHO WILL!
