SYMPTOMS OF ARTHRITIS

Arthritis is a disease that can last over a long period of time . The pain may be constan, or it may come and go. For instance, you may experience pain when you perform a certing movement or activity, after you have been sitting still for a long time. You may feel pain in one or more of your joints. These areas may include the finger, elbows, knees, hip, feet, and spine.



Your joints may feel stiff and hard to move . Everyday task. such as climbing staire, preparing dinner, or tying your shoelaces, may seem harder than usual. The pain and stiffness may be more severe at certine times of the day. However, it's important to understand that other conditions can also cause pain and stiffness similar to arthritis. For this reason, you should see your Healthcare professional. He or she can tell if you have arthritis or not.
